I’m quite disappointed with Roxy’s exchange policy. I purchased a regular-priced item and, after my total reached a certain amount, I was automatically given a 10% discount at checkout. I wasn’t aware that this would classify my purchase as “on promotion” and make it ineligible for size exchange.

It feels counterintuitive — almost like customers are being penalized for buying more. The item doesn’t fit, and now it’s just sitting unused in my wardrobe. I hope Roxy can reconsider this policy and allow more flexibility for exchanges, especially when it comes to sizing issues for full-priced items that only received an automatic discount.
